Poor Remi didn't have the best birthday this year. Unfortunately he got croup and was miserable the entire day, with a fever, cough, and runny nose. Since we didn't want to share the wealth of germs we postponed any celebrations. Remi spent the entire day at home, except for a drive around the neighborhood to look at Christmas lights. He is slowly getting better but man the croup is tough!

The Sunday before his birthday my side of the family had a celebration for all the cousins born in December. Remi got to open a few presents early, which one was a cool ball jumper.
Judd struggled a little with the focus being on Remi. Judd is learning that he doesn't always get presents. It sure is hard watching him try to understand that it isn't just about him all the time. Judd was good and held back so Remi could play with his new gifts.
Remi was not impressed with his four-wheeler gift. He cried when the button got pushed for it to ride on its own. Slowly he got used to it and now he is riding it like a champ.
